Bastille Day 2022!

We were talking about this event for several weeks already... Bastille Day 2022 was last week! 

Part of the French community had the pleasure of meeting in a rather atypical venue: the Berkeley boat!

It is in this idyllic setting that many French people gathered to celebrate France, even on the other side of the world! Accompanied by a music group from LA: Paris Venice who performed all evening classics in their own way! 

Our guests were then able to enjoy a good buffet by The French Gourmet who once again did not disappoint! 

Around 7:30 pm, Sylvie, the executive director of the Chamber of Commerce gave a speech introducing all the associations involved in this event namely SDFACC, Alliance Française de San Diego, San Diego French-American School, House of France, Lycée français de San Diego, FLAM SD, Language Academy and The Elles Collectives.

We would like to thank all of them for their participation without which this event would not have been a success! 

The participating associations then invited their representatives on stage to introduce themselves! 
And to close this speech, a raffle took place where participants could win gifts offered by our partners like Maison Duquesne and Sofitel Beverly Hills!
