For French High Tech & Clean tech start-ups and SMEs
This service is for High Tech & Clean Tech small and medium enterprises and start-ups. The goal is to identify the best sustainable business model and product positioning to successfully penetrate middle term the US market while immediately targeting, prospecting and/or teasing US accounts for middle term revenue generation.
This membership is dedicated to French Entrepreneurs who meet the following criteria
Initial requirements – company profile and selection criteria:
- Revenues
- Fast Growth
- Team with a strong technical background and education (engineers, PhDs, researchers, physicians, etc.)
- Team with a strong business experience or serial entrepreneur(s)
- Updated business plan
- Backed by investors (or pending or planned) to mitigate financial risks
- Patents registered or pending or planned (included for the US market)
Understanding & expectations from company:
- US market study and competitive analysis/benchmark done or on its way.
- Initial list of ideal targets (clients and partners)
- 3 phases when entering US market:
1. US address short term
2. Incorporation middle term
3. Recruiting strategy
- Expected revenues - term objectives: 24 to 36 month.
- Appropriate budgets for initial 24 months of launch:
- Expected total investment during that period (round trips & travel expenses, representation, time spent on new R&D road map, marketing/com budget, etc.): Minimum $500,000.
