Upscale restaurant in Banker’s Hill is seeking experienced Cuisinier that have high levels of energy, enthusiasm; a positive, team-oriented, can-do attitude; and a passion for food.
Culinary degree preferred or 5 years fine dining experience. Trained in Classical and Modern French Cuisine a must. Must be familiar with all stations including hot apps, sautee, saucier, and grill.
Good attitude and strong work ethic required.
Must be organized, conscientious, good communicator and ability to work well with others. This is a full time position only; Flexibility in schedule required. Weekends and holidays a must.
