Initially, PICTOR was created to assist one of its partners, the WEIHAI GUANGTAI company, located and headquartered in China, who is the largest manufacturer of finished airport ground support vehicles and equipment in Asia.

PICTOR then developed and expanded its capabilities by assisting additional companies, who are also in the business of industrial manufacturing and in need of acquiring U.S. made components. PICTOR again is sourcing, purchasing and importing on their behalf to match their specifications and to meet their exacting needs.

PICTOR has recently opened a service office in China to source and import Chinese made products. Also to assists these local companies, many of whom are not accustomed to or sufficiently experienced with the intricacies of importing / exporting overseas products.PICTOR is a highly Asia experienced enterprise.
