Stephan Taieb is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and of the California Society of CPA’s.

Mr. Taieb is a sole practitioner with 10 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in working with individuals and small to mid-size businesses in the area of tax preparation, tax planning, accounting and consulting. He assists clients with all aspects of accounting and tax compliance work. Some of the services he offers include tax return preparation, tax planning, tax consulting, IRS problem resolution, IRS audits, bookkeeping, financial management, review and compilation of financial statements, and management consulting.

Before creating his firm, Stephan spent five years as a senior accountant with one of the top regional accounting firm, Good Swartz Brown and Berns, a division a JH Cohn LLP, and two years as a senior tax consultant for Richard Welling & Co. LLP. As a senior accountant, Stephan supervised audits of privately held companies with assets ranging from $1 million to $100 million. He was also responsible for preparing income tax returns for various small businesses and their owners. As a senior tax consultant for Richard Welling & Co. LLP, he was responsible for clients such as Trust Company of the West, Decurion Corporation and CB Richard Ellis Inc.

Mr. Taieb received a bachelor's degree in accounting and in finance at the University of Southern California (USC). During his undergraduate course work, Mr. Taieb was on the Dean's Honor List and was active in the Accounting Circle.
