Angel’s Salumi and Truffles was founded in 2010 by Pascal Besset, an executive Chef from the South of France. Angel’s Salumi and Truffles is proud to produce unique handcrafted salami made with the finest natural meats inspired by Mediterranean and European influences. They use purebred Berkshire pork and wild game meats: Duck, Bison, Wild boar and Venison. All meats are certified antibiotic free and hormones free. The game meats are raised cage free or wild. Their Berkshire hog is included in the 6 points verified program. Later on, Pascal added the Crayssac Truffle Brand by importing and producing the Best Truffles and truffle products from France such as truffle pearl caviar, sea salt, puree, peelings and much more. They also manufacture and pack truffle butter and truffle oil here in California. Their mission is to bring the European tradition to the American table.

The shop focuses primarily on organic coffee drinks, as well as artisanal French style pastries, which it resells from Bread & Cie and l’Opera Patisserie. Born and raised in Madagascar, Willy and its sister Karine co-founded this coffee shop. They speak fluent French and offer a unique French influence and customer service at the shop.
